Multimedia Classroom System Solution
All multimedia equipment in the classrooms can be controlled and managed from any point on the network, as long as authorization is obtained, except for the control of this classroom. The role of the central control server is to manage and schedule the network devices and systems within the specified IP range for overall control, in order to achieve interaction between classrooms and coordination of device actions.
The network-controlled multimedia classroom system solution consists of two parts:
Network control system, network multimedia signal transmission and on-demand system.
(1) Network Control System
1. System Composition
Network control system = multimedia network control host + central control software.
All multimedia devices in the classroom can be controlled not only from this classroom,, but also from any point on the network, as long as authorization is obtained, they can be controlled and managed. The role of the central control server is to manage and schedule the network devices and systems within the specified IP range for overall control, enabling interaction between classrooms and coordination of device actions.

3. System Features
The control system with embedded network interface allows all independent multimedia classrooms to interconnect using the existing campus network, thus enabling remote centralized management of classrooms.
Truly based on TCP/IP network, the number and location of sites controlled and managed through the WEB are unlimited. As long as authorization is granted, management and maintenance of the system can be performed from any internet-accessible location, including classrooms, offices, homes, or even remote areas.
Administrators can remotely open the electronic podium of the classroom through the central control software and control individual multimedia devices in that classroom.
Administrators can set timed device activation functions according to the course schedule. For example, if no one opens the cabinet door, the electronic lock will automatically lock.
There is no limit on the initial quantity: based on SQL Server database, it has high scalability and stability, allowing flexible increase in the number of multimedia classrooms (counters).
Timed activation and deactivation of multimedia classrooms.
Simple and practical class schedule management function, convenient management of network classrooms, without the need for repeated locking and unlocking.
Real-time monitoring of multimedia classroom devices, with the server side displaying the status of devices in each classroom in real-time, monitoring the operational status of devices in each classroom.
Records the usage time of projector bulbs, facilitating timely maintenance of projector bulbs by management personnel. By working in conjunction with the network multimedia signal transmission system, it truly achieves unattended network multimedia teaching.
All multimedia network classrooms are categorized (school-building-floor-classroom), with one-click query for teacher status information.
Any grouping of network classrooms: classrooms that need to achieve the same function can be grouped together, and commands can be issued to the group without controlling each classroom individually.
(2) Network Multimedia Signal Real-time Recording and Broadcasting System
1. System Composition
This system includes multimedia signal network real-time recording software and multimedia signal network on-demand software, using the latest streaming media encoding technology, capable of simultaneous transmission of audio, video, and VGA signals, achieving resource sharing of various information. It records broadcast signals in real-time for easy data retention, gradually allowing on-demand access to recorded materials through a web browser.
The system is suitable for industries such as government, education, telecommunications, and finance that require information resource sharing, efficiently organizing and participating in online teaching, online meetings, or remote office work.
2. System Features
(1) Multimedia Signal Network Real-time Recording Software
Supports large-scale multimedia signal network transmission: the streaming media server can support dozens of broadcast requests and multiple receiving ends simultaneously, and the number of receiving ends is technically unlimited under broadcast service support.
Real-time recording of broadcast content: the broadcast multimedia signals are categorized and stored in a designated directory with time markers for easy later maintenance, eliminating the need for post-production and saving a lot of manpower and resources.
Synchronous processing of multimedia signals: video signals, audio signals, and VGA signals are processed synchronously to ensure the practicality of multimedia signal network transmission.
Supports various network structures: using streaming media technology, it can support NAT, VPN, VLAN, and Firewall across network segments, supporting IP private networks, Internet networks, and digital satellite networks.
Excellent multimedia signal quality: using the latest streaming media technology under limited network bandwidth,it provides high-quality multimedia signal transmission.
Flexible applications: depending on different applications, it can use grouping methods for local or remote grouped transmission, with a stable and reliable system that is easy to expand.
(2) Multimedia Signal Network On-demand Software
Convenient on-demand mode: the on-demand system adopts a B/S network architecture, allowing authorized users to use a browser to access media content on the server, which is simple and convenient.
Management reset: the on-demand service system is simple to manage, easy to learn, and does not require advanced professional knowledge.
Diverse on-demand methods: can be accessed based on categorized content or directly searched for on-demand.
Reliable security management: provides user grouping and permission setting functions, and conducts comprehensive monitoring based on system usage.
Widely used: supports on-demand access over IP private networks, Internet networks, and digital satellite networks, automatically adjusting network transmission flow based on network bandwidth.
User-friendly on-demand interface: the on-demand interface is simple and intuitive, easy to operate.
