Click the Start menu, select Control Panel - System and Security. The options available are "Action Center, Windows Firewall, System, Windows Update, Power Options."
1. Click the Start menu, select Control Panel - System and Security, the options include "Action Center, Windows Firewall, System, Windows Update, Power Options"

2. Click "Action Center"

3. On the right, "Change User Account Control Settings", in the pop-up interface drag the slider to the lowest, click OK

4. Return to Action Center, click Change Action Center Settings, uncheck the boxes in front of each option, as shown in the figure
